Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment
A 25% deposit is required to reserve booking on custom orders and the balance will be due upon pickup. I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. I can accept credit cards in large orders.
Payment for holiday pre-sales is due 100% up-front at time of placing your order.
Cancellation
I can provide a refund of your deposit for orders cancelled more than 30 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. Orders cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to the scheduled pickup date will forfeit their deposit (25%). Orders cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup date will not be refunded and will need to pay the balance of their statement.
